Matti Karppa joins BARC

BARC welcomes new postdoc Matti Karppa who joined the team on 1 June 2020 and will be working at ITU with Rasmus Pagh and others.

Matti completed his D.Sc. (Tech.) degree at Aalto University, Espoo, Finland, in 2020 under the supervision of Professor Petteri Kaski. Matti's research interests include similarity search, algebraic algorithms, and the practical implementation of algorithms.
