BARC welcomes new PhD student Amik Raj Behera to the team.
On September 1, 2024, Amik Raj Behera joined the BARC team as a PhD student under Prof. Srikanth Srinivasan. Amik did his bachelor's at the Chennai Mathematical Institute, India, and master's at the Aarhus University. He is interested in algebraic complexity theory and problems with an algebraic or combinatorial flavor, but also in error-correcting codes, pseudorandomness, and combinatorics.
In his free time, Amik likes to do street photography and watch movies. He loves traveling, trying new cuisines, and attending concerts.
